Our Story

Nick Walker and Seánna Holland both came from a background in the online fulfilment industry. The economic downturn of 2008 revealed the enormous potential of eCommerce opportunities and Nick and Seánna knew they had the knowledge, enthusiasm and determination to provide fulfilment services for small to medium businesses. Using the wealth of experience gained from years within the industry and their combined skills they created Pack Smart.

Since 2009 their passion to succeed and provide a solution for small businesses has taken them from strength to strength and they have worked with a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors affording many businesses the platform for growth without the overheads and gifting them the time to focus on their brand.
Nick has over 20 years experience in the ecommerce service industry with a background in Operations and Management Systems. Seánna has worked within Client Services for over 15 years and focuses on sales and client satisfaction.
